Faithful Guardian Training Center (FGTC) is glad to host monthly National Registry Practical Skills Examinations for EMT Basics, Intermediates and Paramedics. Please be aware that we do not administer the cognitive (computer based examination) here at FGTC. As per National Registry requirements all examinations will close 30 days prior to the testing date.

Our registry dates vary from month to month, however, our practical skill exams are always held on Saturdays. The testing procedure begins promptly at 9 am and no late admissions are allowed. All students are required to arrive at FGTC no later than 8:30 am for registration and check-in.

• Test reservations close 30 days prior to the testing date.
• Registration for exams is between 8-8:30 am, testing begins at 9am. NO LATE ADMISSIONS ALLOWED!
• Fees for National Registry Practical Skills Examinations:
  • EMT Basics $150 (this includes your $50 non-refundable deposit)
  • EMT Intermediates $150 (this includes your $50 non-refundable deposit)
  • Advanced EMT $150 (this includes your $50 non-refundable deposit)
  • EMT Paramedics $150 (this includes your $50 non-refundable deposit)
• You are required to reserve your testing slot with a $50 non-refundable deposit (which is applied to the testing fees above). This payment can be made at our office, mailed, over the phone or by clicking on the PayPal link below.
• While we try to accommodate a small number of walk-ons. Availability to test walk-ons depends on the NREMT proctor and the number to registered students attending.
• Normally we try to offer same day retest, however, same day retests are not guaranteed. Availability to retest depends on the NREMT proctor and the number students requiring retest.
